Chicago-hailing Anderson paints intricate oil paintings with intense yet selective explosions of color - the type you'd expect to shoot out a Skittles spaceship during a rainbow apocalypse.
First off, if any of you have ever painted in oil, you know how long the paintings displayed must have taken....Damn.
But Anderson makes the recipe to his art sound easy: "I'm sure it was a potent cocktail of nature and nurture that helped germinate my interests and skills. My Father, like his mother before him, can draw like a dream, and my Mother has an uncanny ability to organize space densely and decoratively." (via Fecal Face)

Spaceships, galaxies, warriors, a burning cow skull? (Look closely folks.)

When's the last time you saw intergalactic radioactive sheep? Oh my.
