The days after Thanksgiving, you've got a couple options of things to do: work out, shop, make frequent laps around the couch while watching your third TV marathon, wrestle with your little cousins or nephews despite an unfair height advantage, or work out. Did we mention work out?
Sure it's a major buzz kill, but after shoveling down that Kilimanjaro-sized mound of stuffing Thanksgiving night in an attempt to avoid talking politics with Uncle Sal, it may not be a bad idea....(though perhaps not a thrilling proposition on how to spend your holiday.)
