Dizzee Rascal In "Not Actually Bonkers" Shocker!

Fix up, look sharp! East London's most dynamic MC, Dizzee Rascal, is back and we couldn't be more stoked to see his cheeky little face.

We've loved this guy since his debut album, Boy In Da Corner, took the UK's gritty underground Grime scene to the masses and won him Britain's ultra-prestigious Mercury Music Award in 2003.

Tongue N' Cheek, his fourth full-length, came out September 29 (through Dizzee's own Dirtee Stank Recordings, it's available digitally or as an import in the US) and new single "Bonkers" (already the UK's fastest selling Number One single of the year so far) is a collaboration with super-producer/ remixer Armand Van Helden

Get ready to bounce up and down, pump your fists and potentially put your head through a hard surface while watching this fat slice of unabashed exuberance:

A heavy bass-line is our kind of silence too, Dizzee, it's our kind of silence too.

A couple of questions though, sir. If there really is "nothing crazy" about you, what's with the shark helmet, blinking eye suit and dayglo skeleton truck dance-a-thon? Hmm? Hmmm?

And who on earth came up with this clearly insane video as a means to promote the new album?

Let it be noted, that bonkers or not, we still want to party with you, Dizzee (but not enough to try and order a lifesize model).

Now, excuse us while we go convert the back of a moving vehicle into a padded, satin bedroom. (That thing looks comfy!)
