We can't get enough of Julia Fullerton-Batten's wild, wild imagination.

In Teenage Stories, her most popular series to date, the talented UK-based photographer celebrates her love for miniature villages & fairy tales.

The images seem to come straight from a surreal dream... or a modern take on Alice in Wonderland.

Or a sequel to "Attack of The 50 Foot Woman"?

In a recent interview published in Feature Shoot, Fullerton-Batten explained the source of her inspiration: 'It could be one small thing that will spark me off, an episode in my daily life, a scene in a film, a painting, or something from a book. I develop the inspiration in my mind and visualise various scenes before proceeding further with the idea or rejecting it.'

Giant monsters in a world of tiny people?

Or simply, teenagers thinking they are larger than life?

PSST: How does she do it?
Believe it or not, every picture was shot using scale model sets and real models.

“@JsAngelBaby yeah, you know she once said: ‘I used to approach unknown people on the streets in London and ask them to take part in my photo shoots. There are so many fascinating faces accompanied with wonderful personalities around. The freshness that street cast models have, has also benefited my work immeasurably.' I think that's so true!”
“I LOVE the one of the lady walking the dog. Finally a model with some meat on her bones! That is the way it should be, it's the real world.”
“Two thoughts come 2 the head (besides Alice and Alice-based-videos): 1. Ginormica from 2009-hit Monsters vs. Aliens. 2. Madurodam, as the bright example of miniature cities. a bonus-thought: Ms Author, thanx for the memories :) :) :) ”
“Two seasons ago on America's Next Top Model they did a shoot that was basically this same idea, only with old school LA”
