Remember the jolly serenade of the ice cream truck as it rounded the corner as a kid? Remember you and your friends waiting in line for the likes of a Klondike, or a Rocket Pop, a Chocolate Eclair or a Creamsicle? Remember the smiles, the laughter and the ice cream faces? Remember?
Well, marketing agency Sapient Nitro remembers, and they have developed the first-ever SMILE :) activated ice cream machine, appropriately titled "Share Happy". You no longer have to be a kid to enjoy a sweet treat, all you have to do is SMILE! Using ground-breaking facial recognition technology, the machine detects your age, your gender and whether or not you are smiling. Once the smile meter is satisfied, you are given a free ice cream bar of your choice. You can then share your smiling face with your friends on Facebook! How's that for spreading the love?
