Sweet Sounds: Music Making Aps for iPhone

Did you take notice the imersion of the iPhone in the music-making process of Brett Domino's Justin Timberlake Medley? Well, we did, and we discovered some really cool iPhone apps that make sweet sounds. Check them out:
THE NANOLOOP: The Nanoloop is a music sequencer by Oliver Wittchow, originally developed for Gameboy (Remember Gameboy?) First released in 1999, the Gameboy sequencer is still used by dj's and musicians to create out-of-this-world electronic sounds. At $8.99, it is not the cheapest app (really people, this app market has BLOWN UP....in fact, considering the debt a lot of municipal governments are in, we recommend them getting into the business...), but it's interface is simple and fun.

THE SONIC WIRE SCULPTOR: Once seen in museums and galleries worldwide, the Sonic Wire Sculptor by Amit Pitaru created intense audio/visual compositions. The new iPhone app, priced at $3.99 (yes folks, the price of a single latte), let's you create similar electronic compositions from your 3D drawings, but in the comfort of your own home on your iPhone. SOUNDROP: Remember the oldschool Atari game "Breakout" where you moved the paddle to prevent the ball from falling out the the playing field? Well, the app Soundrop is like that - but more modern. This FREE (yes, finally we have a free option for you) sound toy application for iPhone makes a sound everytime a ball bounces off of a line. Simple and fun to play with. We all need a little fun in our lives sometimes, right?
