Word on the wire is that somewhere in England, there is an eccentric firestarter of a man - named James May (who is also host of a UK car show "Top Gear"), who had the ambition to build a house entirely out of Legos. Rather that sit pretty, he started planning and endorsing the idea. Word spread, 3 million legos were ordered, thousands of people volunteered to help out, and peice by peice, a house was built in Dorking, Surrey, England. And just like that, the dream was realized.

Just goes to show, if you have an idea, any idea, and enough desire and mettle to execute it, you can make even your wildest dreams happen. It's a long lesson - and obviously is easier to say than do, but if this lego-house leaves you with anything this Thursday morning, (asides from giving you a technicolor hang over) - it is relish the words, Carpe Diem, folks!
Cute little young brit brickfilmer Harry provides cute behind the scenes perspective:
PS in regards to Harry the brickfilmer: What is a brickfilmer you ask? Well, evidently, it's a whole own (microscopic) field of cinematography - for "Stop-animation for lego building." Yup that's right, little Harry above is leader of this field - and we've got to admit - watching the bricks grow and shift is strangely cathartic!?! So drop that stress ball and watch with leisure another one of Harry the Brickfilmers films below.
