Before we start telling you how naughty they've been, we want you to take a good, long, hard look at Princeton:

See how they all avoid the camera's gaze? "Poor lambs," you're probably thinking. "Let's get them indoors, where it's warm, and give them a nice cup of tea." Or maybe you're thinking, uh-huh, another bunch of white kid hipsters with fluffy hairdos and simple thrifty style making music in momma's basement. After all, it doesn't help they are named after an ivy-covered university....
But before you pass judgement, please take into account that these same four opted to make their latest video - for the ultra-dreamy "Martina And Clive Krantz" no less - a gore-fest based entirely around serial killing in the wilderness.
Didn't see that coming, did you?
We didn't either:
Note: we dig the twist in the end as well.
Anyway, thanks to their seductive sound, soothing pop leanings and incredible ability to make our jaws drop, we're rather excited about catching the LA-based quartet on their current US tour, and can't wait for their debut album Cocoon Of Love to be released on September 29, through Kanine Records.
And Princeton? We're into your aloof gauzy sound...so no wrenches to the head next time you see us, please.
