Watch funny-man Will Ferrell pose as Rojo Johnson, a Venezualan relief pitcher with a spotted past and a bad attitude. His first warm-up pitch was a strike. From there, it was pretty much downhill. His official outing would last one pitch. His line: 1 pitch, 2 beers.
"Rojo" addressed the media after the game.
The reason for the appearance in Texas last Thursday? Mr. Ferrell was in town raising money for his Cancer for College golf tournament. His charity helps fund cancer survivors on their way to a college education. Pretty cool. Except maybe for the guy who had to bat against him, who not only got thrown at, he got drenched with beer, put in a headlock, then had to chase Will Ferrell around the field.
