Video: Crazy Cool Video Game animation

8-bit video game characters from the past are evidently the new trend; they are popping up in all forms of present day art and music. Watch this out-of-this-world animation by Patrick Jean and One More Production where Space Invaders, Pac-Man and Tetris take over New York City. In one word: Brilliant!
Save the Date: JT's Shriners Open in Las Vegas: Oct 18-24
- Posted on: Wednesday June 30, 2010 at 3:00 PM
With the summer days flying by, Justin will soon host the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open on Oct. 18-24, 2010. Set at the scenic TPC Summerlin golf course in Las Vegas, the annual event will raise money for the Shriner's Hospital for Children - a one-of-a-kind healthcare system dedicated to improving the lives of children. Come out and join the cause!
Justin, some of his A-list friends and a dexterous group of golf pros will compete in the Pro-Am and PGA tournaments. Get ready for some intense golf moments, birdies, bogeys, eagles and sandbaggers (or something like that). Check out a few of the videos from past years:
The below video from 2008 is hilarious - a must see! Justin and Ellen goof around on the golf couse, all in the spirit of a good cause.
Also stay tuned for more info on the "Justin and Friends" concert that will happen in Las Vegas that same week!!
Like Ke$ha? You're Going To Love Uffie...

What is it about Paris that makes all of its residents seem so damn cool? Do they hand out hip passes at Charles de Gaulle Airport or something? It certainly seems like it - and Miami-born, Paris-based chanteuse Uffie is only adding to the city's legendary mystique.
Having started her career collaborating with the finest DJs France has to offer (Justice included), she's now spreading her wings further afield, and her latest offering - the frenetic, addicting, "A.D.D. S.U.V." - features none other than the always-awesome Pharrell Williams:
Let's just take a moment before we do anything else, to appreciate one of our favourite lyrics of the year so far: "What I say I gotta do again? Minute to minute, I feel like I'm in the movie Memento, but I don't have a pen". Thankyou Pharrell, thankyou...
Uffie's unusual spoken-word rap-stylings are rumored to have been an influence on Ke$ha, and, while that remains unconfirmed (afterall, Ke$ha drove through LA and staged a police arrest in her video for "TiK ToK" months before Uffie did it for "A.D.D. S.U.V."), we like to think of Uffie as the sophisticated fashionista big sister to Ke$ha's wild child adolescent.
Uffie will be spending all summer entertaining Brits, Europeans and Australians with her live show, but we sincerely hope she pays us a visit real soon. In the meantime, we can all enjoy her debut album, Sex Dreams And Denim Jeans, out now on Elektra. We feel more suave, just thinking about it...
