Find Of Day: Bacon Hot Sauce
- Posted on: Friday May 7, 2010 at 12:00 PM

Now we know that heaven (or a really hot, hot, fatty, gluttonous hell) does exist.
The storyline behind the Bacon Hot Sauce founders?
"We are a group of three friends who were hanging out on a Sunday morning craving eggs and potatoes with bacon and hot sauce. One person stated that bacon makes everything better, while another contended that hot sauce makes everything better. And the third thought, “you’re both right, why not bacon-flavored hot sauce?”
All we can say, is we've been there, we've had that conversation, and we thank the lord that these guys actually had the ambition to execute it.
(Oh and muchos gracias to Thrillist for the tip.)
Cypress Hill Bring The Sun And The Sizzle
- Posted on: Friday May 7, 2010 at 10:00 AM
Oh baby! Since summer is around the corner, our hunt for the hottest new tracks to barbeque to has officially commenced, and - praise be! - we found our first contender right after our Cinco De Mayo celebrations.
Cypress Hill, ladies and gents, have gone all spicy on us, with the assistance of super-hot Cuban-American rapper Pitbull, and Marc Anthony: five time Grammy winner, J-Lo hubby and current Guinness World Record holder for best selling tropical salsa artist of all time.
Prepare to sizzle like a shish kebab on an open grill:
"Armada Latina" is taken from Cypress Hill's latest album Rise Up (just released through Priority Records), which features a host of guests from the worlds of both hip-hop (Everlast, Evidence, The Alchemist, Young De) and rock (Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda, System Of A Down's Daron Malakian).
We're thrilled CH are still keeping things so fresh after more than twenty years in the biz, and can't wait to catch them on tour this month and throughout the summer. Muy caliente!
